Q. What is Mobile Arcade 2 Go?
A. Mobile Arcade 2 Go is a 24-foot mobile arcade gaming trailer with 10 full-size arcade machines.  No planning and no messy cleanup; parents can relax. Mobile Arcade 2 Go is perfect for birthdays, fundraisers, and corporate events! 

Q. How do I know if Mobile Arcade 2 Go can come to my house?
A.  As long as you have 60 feet of level open space on the street, 12 ft. in height and 9' ft in width in front of your home we can come. If not we can go to a local park, church or parking lot. However, when choosing a location other than your residence, it's your responsibility to obtain any necessary permits and/or authorizations for your locale prior to the event. To ensure your event begins on time, please have space allocated at least 20 minutes prior to your event's start for proper set up. If space isn't allocated at time of arrival, and as a result the party is delayed, party may not be extended if by doing so creates a conflict in schedule.  If we need to inspect the location prior to the day of your event, please let us know and we'll do so. Sorry, we cannot service most apartment communities and locations with very narrow streets. Lastly, we must have the ability to enter and exit your neighborhood easily. Your neighborhood must have a Cul-de-sac or way to exit the neighborhood without us having to turn around.

Q. How many people fit inside Mobile Arcade 2 Go?
A. Up to 15 people comfortably fit inside our climate-controlled trailer; however, we can accommodate much larger crowds with scheduled turns. So, the number of people invited is up to you!

Q. Are the video games appropriate for my child? 
A. We offer something for everyone and a Mobile Arcade 2 Go event is perfect for kids age 6 to adults. A complete list of games can be found on our Games Page.

Q. Do you require a deposit? 
A. Yes a deposit of $75.00 will be due upon booking your event.

Q. When is final payment due: 
A. Please have your final payment ready in either cash or by credit card, prior to the commencement of your event. Please note that we are unable to start the event without final payment

Q. What is your Refund and Cancellation Policy?
A. Our climate controlled, self-contained game theater is available, rain or shine.  However, we understand that sometimes things just come up. Rescheduling an event is always an option and can be done one time without incurring any cancellation charges. Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to an event will only incur credit card processing fee used for the deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to an event will incur a non-refundable cancellation charge equal to the amount of deposit, unless the event is rescheduled for a later date. You must reschedule within six months of the original event date.  Parties may only be rescheduled once  and are subject to a $75 change fee.  

Q. What about bad weather?
A. We are self-contained and climate controlled. We are usually able to conduct our services any time of the year. If we are not able to provide our services due to severe and unexpected weather conditions (such as, heavy rain, flooding, extreme winds, thunder/lightening, etc.) we reserve the right to reschedule your service to preserve the safety of our staff, equipment, and you and your guests.

Q. How do I book a party?
A. Click the "Book Party" tab above, and fill out our contact form.  Please include your name, number, and event details, and a representative will return your call.  Or you may call us at 706-616-7206.  Deposit is required at the time your reservation is made.

Q. What games are available? 
A. Please visit our Games page under Our Trailer tab.

Q. What time will you be arriving?  
A. Your Game Coaches will arrive in plenty of time to setup and start your party at the designated start time. Normally between 10-20 minutes ahead of time.

Q. What time should I make the party? 
A. We suggest that you tell your guests that the party is one hour or half-hour before our arrival time — that way they eat first & they all see the grand arrival of our mobile video game theater!

Q. Can you have food and/or beverages inside Mobile Arcade 2 Go?
A. No, food and/or beverages are not allowed inside the trailer.

Q. Can I book additional hours on the day of the event?
A. Additional hours may be booked, or an event may be extended, as long as it doesn't pose a conflict with previously scheduled events.

Q. What is your standard service area?
A. Our standard service area is a 25 mile radius of our location in Columbus, GA. We can deliver outside of our delivery range for an additional fee.

Q. Is it required to tip the Game Coach?
A. While tipping is never required, it is always appreciated if you feel the Game Coach did a great job for your event.

Q. Can I book a combo party with multiple games and equipment like laser tag, inflatable bounce houses and concessions? 
A. Of course. We offer multiple packages and add-ons to help you create an event they'll never forget.
